Forth Valley Meet the Buyer will take place as a live, virtual event on Wednesday, 30 June 2021, organised by the Supplier Development Programme. Headline partners include Falkirk Council, Clackmannanshire Council and Stirling Council. Businesses will be able to meet procurement teams from the three Forth Valley councils, alongside other public and private sector buying organisations, and can also find out how to become 'tender ready' for bid writing for these many opportunities through free training from the Supplier Development Programme visit https://www.sdpscotland.co.uk/events-forth-valley-mtb/ to see a full list of exhibitors. Businesses can be amongst the first to know what opportunities are coming up in relation to the Stirling and Clackmannanshire City Region Deal, worth 214m GBP of funding to boost the economy across Stirlingshire and Clackmannanshire, and the Falkirk Growth Deal, worth 90m GBP of funding to help boost the economy around Falkirk over the duration of the projects. Stirling Council, Falkirk Council and Clackmannanshire Council, in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme, will host a Meet the Buyer event online on Wednesday, 30 June 2021 to engage with local businesses. Businesses can be amongst the first to know what opportunities are coming up in relation to the Stirling and Clackmannanshire City Region Deal, worth 214m GBP of funding to boost the economy across Stirlingshire and Clackmannanshire, and the Falkirk Growth Deal, worth 90m GBP of funding to help boost the economy around Falkirk over the duration of the projects.
