The contract will be for the internal audits of Blackwood for an initial three year period commencing on 1 April 2022, subject to annual confirmation and extendable for a maximum of one further 12-month period, by mutual agreement.

Blackwood wishes to arrange a formal contract for the provision of Internal Audit Services, commencing on 1 April 2022. The contract will be for the internal audits of Blackwood for an initial three year period commencing on 1 April 2022, subject to annual confirmation and extendable for a maximum of one further 12-month period, by mutual agreement.

Options: Blackwood Homes and Care reserves the right to approach the successful tenderer to provide costs for standalone works, if required, which whilst related fall outwith the scope of this contract. The requirement for such additional works is not guaranteed.

Renewal: 12 month extension available by mutual agreement subject to satisfactory performance
