the contract comprises, where practical and directed, cleaning of internal and external surfaces of all common windows and glazing. internal glazing, such as screens etc. to be done on a 6 monthly visit schedule or as directed by the contract administrator. visit schedule on a 6 week rota basis, approx. 8 visits per year per site.

the contract is to be tendered as a single stage procurement exercise. works will comprise the cleaning of all communal glazing. inside and outside where practical of all common windows. on a 6 month visit basis, or as directed by the contract administrator, internal glazing, such as corridor doors/screens to locations listed in the tender document

Renewal: the contract will initially run for 36 months. subject to satisfactory performance, it will be extended as per the time periods in pricing schedule and as detailed in the ITT and tender document
