Lot 1

The Scottish Government's Digital Economy Unit is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier with a proven track record in administering large volumes of funding support and specialist advice to support SMEs to adopt digital technologies. The supplier will undertake the administration and management - including digital advice, capacity building, marketing, monitoring and post-programme appraisal - of the DigitalBoost Fund (DBF). The contract is being procured following the Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Finance making funding available to support businesses to take advantage of digital technologies and digital skills. The funding is focused specifically on increasing SME digital capability and capacity in order to improve productivity, strengthen business resilience and support Scotland's economic recovery.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: The Scottish Government reserve the option to extend the Contract until 12 May 2023. The Scottish Government reserve the option to scale-up the Contract. The maximum available scale-up budget will be 2 000 000 GBP (excluding VAT).

Renewal: The Scottish Government reserve the option to extend the Contract until 30 June 2023.
