Award of Professional Services Support - EPF Programme
Notice Description
Professional Services Support for Enabling Policing for the Future programme (EPF) Key changes planned under EPF are:Enabling Policing for the Future will engage stakeholders to change the perspective to being service based, enabling inter-connected delivery across functionsProjects scoped and delivered under the EPF Programme will be based upon end to end services, such as "On-board to exit of a new Police Officer or Staff member" rather than as functionally lead initiatives (i.e. a project will not solely be focussed on delivering a service within the Finance function)The driver will move from being technology-led to being service-led, enabled through efficient processes and appropriate technology. Operational policing will be at the core of each project, involved in the design of services and obtaining benefit from each project.Delivery of projects under the umbrella of the programme will be led by local areas within the framework set out by the programme.Project teams will be multi-disciplinary, drawing on the input of relevant SMEs, and will be supported by an EPF programme team.Focus on relevant areas ensuring continuous improvement in services after conclusion of projects.
