Supply and Delivery of Phased Array Controller
Notice Description
The University is seeking notes of interest for the supply and delivery on an ultrasound phased array controller to support a range of projects demanding traditional single and multi-channel channel inspection, phased array (e.g. linear B-Scans) and more advanced data capture techniques (e.g. FMC).
Lot Information
Lot 1
The University is seeking notes of interest for an ultrasound phased array controller to support a range of projects demanding traditional single and multi-channel channel inspection, phased array (e.g. linear B-Scans) and more advanced data capture techniques (e.g. FMC). Many of these projects will focus on automated inspection and will, therefore, require both high data throughput and substantial access to and control of the functions of the controller. The supplier shall provide details of the configuration, delivery, commissioning of the equipment. The minimum requirements of the controller are listed below: - 64Tx/128Rx configuration - External PC control of data capture and recording - Real time data recording on external PC - Capable of FMC - Capable of traditional phased array imaging - Minimum of 100 V max pulser voltage (phased array) - Minimum of 2 conventional channels - Minimum 150 V max pulser (conventional) - Full access to raw A-Scan data in useable, non-proprietary format - Data transfer to external PC 100 MB/s minimum (theoretical maximum) - Compatible with 160 pin Hypertronics connector (either directly or through included adapter) - Minimum operating temperature range of 10 to 30degC - Scalable architecture for future increases in phased array Tx/Rx configuration - External triggering capability - Minimum PRF of 20 kHz (phased array) - Minimum receiver frequency bandwidth of 1 - 20 MHz (phased array) - Programmable high and low pass filters Please note your interest by 22nd September if you are able to meet the requirements of the specification.
