Estate Agency Services Framework
Notice Description
The Framework is for the provision of Residential Property Services including (but not limited to) Estate Agency Services, provision of Home Reports and provision of property valuations. The Framework will operate across two Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Estate Agency Services Lot 2 - Valuation Services A single provider shall be appointed to each Lot. Bidders may apply for one or both Lots, however to avoid any conflicts of interest in the delivery of the service, bidders cannot be appointed to both Lots.

Lot 1 Estate Agency Services to include all aspects of marketing EAC dwellings and all related requirements.
Renewal: The Framework is for 3 years with the possibility of a one year extension at the sole discretion of the Council.
Valuation ServicesLot 2 Valuation Services to include home reports and home report refreshes, valuations for sale of properties, independent valuations and all related services.
