The scope of works includes fit-out of Coddington Warehouse, including co-ordination and installation of new racking; installation of a new sprinkler system, upgrade of lighting system to LED, additional charging point, alterations to bay doors and welfare / canteen facilities. The existing commercial spaces will benefit from a modest refresh / light-touch fit out to suit NSS requirements. The new sprinkler system will require external works to form a compound, housing tanks, generator, pump-sets and the likes.
