HES is looking to purchase an off the shelf system that can manage our full grants programme from application right through the steps to managing the grant. The grants cover a wide range of themes and areas such as regeneration in conservation areas, repairs to historic buildings/places of worship/monuments, heritage events. This link provides more information on the types of grants that are available.The system that will be procured must be able to manage each grant application from the initial expression of interest and application through to completion, including the internal assessment and approval process, post-award management and post-completion monitoring. The system must also be able to generate reporting forms to allow HES to monitor expenditure and progress for each grant.
