Following the selection process Ayrshire Housing intend to appoint two contractors to the Framework, with the winning bidder being appointed as the preferred contractor. The second placed tenderer will be considered to be a reserve contractor, in the event that the preferred contractor does not perform to the Associations satisfaction. The Framework will comprise the upgrade of approximately 398 Nr kitchens over a four year period from 2022 to 2026
