Notice Description
The works comprise the renewal of kitchen installations and sundry associated works to various addresses, all in accordance with the Employers Requirements.
Lot Information
Lot 1
It is Ayrshire Housing's intention to enter into a Framework Agreement to carry out their kitchen replacement works for the next four years. Following the selection process Ayrshire Housing intend to appoint two contractors to the Framework, with the winning bidder being appointed as the preferred contractor. The second placed tenderer will be considered to be a reserve contractor, in the event that the preferred contractor does not perform to the Associations satisfaction. The Framework will comprise the upgrade of approximately 398 Nr kitchens over a four year period from 2022 to 2026
