East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of replacement heating systems in 3 no. sheltered housing complexes. The requirement will be to remove the existing heating system, provide a full replacement of the gas fired boilers, pipework, heat emitters and associated parts in the boiler room; this includes the whole heating system in the complex; common areas and individual flats. .
