Notice Description

Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) requires a Contractor to undertake the upgrade to existing walkway including the erection of external staircase and handrails to walkway at 185-207 Rannoch Rd Perth.The proposed Works will comprise the upgrade to the existing walkway to flats at 185-207 Rannoch Rd Perth with new concrete slabs. As part of this upgrade a new 1800mm fence is to be installed along with the erection of two new external staircases.The walkway forms access to flats on the first floor with the ground floor area serving shops.
