The appointed Public Relations Agency will be required to; Develop an integrated Public Relations strategy, press announcements for the event, venues and ambassadors and produce content to support key announcements and media moments.

Renewal: The Purchaser may extend the period of the contract at its discretion in the event of any postponement of the Championships.
