Scotland Excel manages and procures a second-generation Flexible Framework Agreement for Social Care Agency Workers on behalf of Scottish Local Authorities and Associate Members. The current arrangement is due to expire on 31st July 2022. Purchasers wish Scotland Excel to re-tender this Framework, with an anticipated start date of 1st August 2022. NOTE: To register your interest in this opportunity and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) Web Site at https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/. For those Suppliers awarded on the current Framework (2017), Scotland Excel invites them to participate in a consultation to inform the development of the third-generation Framework. Two open events via Microsoft Teams will be held, currently scheduled for Thursday 2nd November 2021 10-11.30am and Friday 3rd December 12-1.30pm. These will provide an opportunity to reflect on the current Framework and make any suggestions for development. Feedback will be used to inform the tender process, however neither Scotland Excel nor any contracting authorities will be bound to accept any views stated. Participation is not mandatory and any party not participating will not be disadvantaged in the tender process.
