The Scottish Library and Information Council are looking to appoint a supplier to evaluate the design, delivery and implementation of a government funded digital training platform for all public library staff in Scotland. This will include obtaining feedback experiennces from users and key stakeholders. The evaluation should also consider recommendations for a sustainable future delivery model for the learning environment.
