Notice Description

Medical Adaptations to existing properties in the West of Scotland area on a 3 year contract with option for 2 year extensions. Adaptations undertaken include replacement of bathrooms with wet floors, level access showers, fitting of wet wall to bathrooms, fitting of extract fans and associated electrical works, fitting closomats, fitting of handrails and any other works requested by Occupational Therapists.

Single Stage Tendering. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. SPD Scotland v1.2 Question2D.1.2- Bidders must provide a separate SPD response (Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor.

Renewal: May take up option of an extension for two further years
