Planning in Scotland is undergoing a digital transformation in order to position it as a world leader in how we shape places for the wellbeing of its people. 'Transforming Places Together'. the Digital Strategy for Planning was published in 2020 to guide this transformation, with a 5 year programme beginning in 2021.We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join our multi-disciplinary team. The successful applicant will join one or more multi-disciplinary agile development teams, supporting the analysis needed to design and deliver new technology and processes into the planning system.To succeed in this role you should have an analytical mind and be able to explain difficult concepts to a non-technical audience.
