Notice Description
OverviewMicrosoft licences are required to provide ongoing service, support, and security patching from Microsoft for their products and services. There is additionally a contractual obligation on the Council to procure Microsoft licences agreed as part of the IT services and transformation contract with CGI IT UK Ltd, who are Councils Delegated Administration Partner and will manage the Microsoft Licence Contract on behalf of the Council.This includes approx. 7,000 licences for Windows 10 Enterprise and Office 365, along with other products across the Microsoft Office productivity and server suites.The Council also wish to procure licences for Autodesk and Adobe software, as well as specialist accessibility software, used by staff across the Council on an ad-hoc basis.This opportunity is being tendered under the terms and conditions of the framework Agreement let by KCS Professional Service Ref Y20011 entitled Software Products and Associated Services.Full Specification, product list and competition details can be found in the documents attached to this Quick Quote.
