The HR Unit of SCTS (the "Client") had an urgent need to secure expert support in a number of areas. These are technical, niche areas and the need is in terms of both capacity and expert capability.The Client sought expert support in the implementation of the following recommendations:-Recommendation 1 - Implementation of an annualised plan of strategic review processes across pay, reward, benefits and recognition elements based on issues being identified proactively, to be ahead of the curve.Recommendation 2 - Establishing an ongoing plan of engagement and communication with staff in sharing all aspects of the portfolio (as relevant) starting with the outcomes of Phase 1 of the review (full staff offer).Recommendation 3 - Development of a suite of data points and metrics to support Recommendation 1 and as a scorecard to 'measure' our success across the portfolio on an ongoing basis.A full Specification of Requirements accompanied this Invite to Quote.
