This is a call off contract from the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement for Maintenance & Repair of Cleaning Equipment ref 18-18 - Lot 2..The Council wishes to establish a single supplier, single lot contract for the provision of a building machine repairs and annual portable appliance testing service for building cleaning equipment throughout the Council's geographical area..The Council's Facility Support Services ("FSS") has over 3,315 pieces of cleaning equipment at approximately 356 sites throughout the Council including tub vacuum cleaners, rotary machine buffers and floor polishers, carpet shampooers, hand held scrubber driers ,ride on scrubber driers and toucan electrifying water sanitising machines. Council sites include primary schools, secondary schools, Additional Support Needs ("ASN"), nurseries. Family learning centres, community centres, libraries and office buildings throughout the geographical area of the Council..
