Notice Description

HIE is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide construction services for the delivery of a Consumable Warehouse at BASF, Breasclete, Isle of Lewis.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The project will involve undertaking all construction and site management works from the current design status through to completion. The tenant BASF Pharma (Callanish) Ltd engaged a Design Team to take the project from inception to Stage 4 and production of the Tender Pack. This will include Planning Permission and Building Warrant. The Contractor is to take the project from this stage on a Design Development and Construct basis. The works comprise the construction of a Consumable Warehouse [approx. 540m2] with all associated infrastructure including utility connections, car parking, access roads, landscaping, designed service duct extension etc. Internally the Consumable will be fully fitted out, including racking, etc.

Renewal: HIE has the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 2 calendar years following the Initial Term
