It is hoped that a shared ARC Technology solution will offer a range of benefits for telecare providers, including: - Offering an ARC solution available to all Scottish councils and other Scottish public bodies. - Helping simplify and accelerate the move to digital telecare, without the need to change call handling arrangements. - Offering financial economies and operational efficiencies. - Simplifying operational processes. - Better use of data and reporting to monitor and improve services. - Improving services for citizens by providing a platform for designing and delivering new and innovative telecare, and other health / care services.
