Barcoded bills, letters and cards will be used to make payment by card or cash. There is also a requirement for payment cards to be produced and distributed.. Referring to Section II.2.5 Award Criteria- this was not based on price, but by following the 6-step buying process on the digital Marketplace associated with the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 12 Framework.
