Notice Description

Painting external elements of blocks of flats at multiple sites in Edinburgh. Soffits Facias, doors, window frames and railings at 31 blocks of flats each containing 8 flats at 4 stories high. Works to include for all necessary access equipment.

Lot Information

Lot 1

2 Stage process. SPD returns will be marked and the highest marking 6 contractors will be invited to tender for the work. Tenders will be marked 60/40 quality/cost basis. Bidders to complete attached ESPD document and answer all questions in the attached Standard Statements document.

Renewal: Contract will run for 1 year with an option to extend +1 year up to 4 years.
