This service is to transport HES staff and contractors. This service will not be used to transport visitors.

This service is to transport HES staff and contractors. This service will not be used to transport visitors. The cargo will cover building materials normally in small quantities.

Renewal: After the initial 3 year period there will be an option to extend for up to a further 2 years, reviewed annually.
