The works required include but are not limited to carrying out new and repairing painting works as listed within the Schedule o Rates and Specification.

Dumfries and Galloway Council are tendering for a certified Painting contractor to complete the following (but not limited to) works: Internal Decoration External Decoration Remedial Works Ames Taping Small Plaster Patching repairs

Renewal: The option to extend (at the Councils discretion) for an additional two 12 month extensions.
