Notice Description
The Council requires a contractor to carry out waste composition analysis (WCA) of dry mixed recyclate and residual kerbside collected wastes. Zero Waste Scotland's Waste Composition Analysis Methodology will be followed.This Invitation to Quote is issued by way of a mini- competition based on the Scotland Excel's Waste Composition Framework 1520.
