                    "minimum": "Minimum annual turnover must be at least 1 million GBP. Tenderers must demonstrate a return on capital employed at a ratio of greater than zero. Ratio will be calculated as follows: net profit after tax divided by net assets (total assets less current liabilities). Tenderers must demonstrate a Current Ratio of greater than 1.Current Ratio will be calculated as follows: net current assets divided by net current liabilities. There must be no qualification or contra-indication from any evidence provided in support of the tenders economic and financial standing. Tenderers who have been trading for less that the three years notes above must provide evidence that they are complying with the above minimum financial requirements for the period in which they have been trading. Tenderers who do not comply with the above financial requirements but are part of a Group, can provide a Parent Guarantee if the Parent Company satisfies the financial requirements stipulated above. Minimum Insurance Requirements It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types of insurance indicated below. Employer's Liability Insurance The Tenderer shall have in place and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Employer's Liability insurance with a minimum level of cover of 5,000,000 GBP per claim. Public Liability Insurance The Tenderer shall have in place and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Public Liability insurance with a minimum level of cover of 5,000,000 GBP per claim. Product Liability Insurance The Tenderer shall have in place and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Product Liability insurance with a minimum level of cover of 5,000,000 GBP per claim. Professional Indemnity Insurance The Tenderer shall have in place and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Professional Indemnity insurance with a minimum level of cover of 5,000,000 GBP per claim. Tenderers that fail to meet any of the minimum requirements set out above will be excluded"

Relevant examples should indicate project value, project duration, brief project description and client contact details. Relevant examples should also demonstrate the experience that your company, and the skills and experience of the proposed team, possess on projects of a similar scale and nature, identifying what experience this will bring. Product Design and Development including creation of a Style Guide. Where possible please provide an example of a Style Guide. Managing a Licensing programme including recruitment of sub-licensees and reconciling royalties. Advance Wholesale of event merchandise into the wider marketplace. The sale of Premium Merchandise to Sponsors and Stakeholders. Planning and implementation of a Marketing Plan preferably through a Central Marketing Fund. To ensure that start-up companies have a chance to demonstrate any experience relevant to the current requirement, examples may be provided from experienced personnel that will be engaged by the Tenderer to carry out the relevant activities/services or from members of a consortium (where a consortium bid is proposed)."

    "description": "The contract opportunity that is being advertised under this contract notice relates to the award of a services concession contract. The value of the services concession falls below the threshold for application of the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016, and, therefore, the contract is not subject to the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (or any other legislation regulating public procurement in Scotland). 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited intends to follow the tender process set out in the procurement documents in connection with this contract opportunity. However, 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited reserves the right to follow such process as it considers appropriate in connection with the award of any contract pursuant to this opportunity. 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited also reserves the right to amend the process set out in the procurement documents at any time. Tenderers should be aware that any Contract that is awarded pursuant to this procurement will be entered into by 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited for its own benefit and for the benefit of: (i) Visit Scotland; (ii) the Scottish Ministers, Glasgow City Council, UK Sport and any other public sector bodies that are involved in the planning, organisation and/or staging of the 2023 Cycling World Championships at any time or from time to time; and (iii) British Cycling and the Union Cycliste Internationale.
