The Delivery, Integration and Testing Team sits at the heart of the delivery of the Social Security Scotland programme. This team is expanding to support the complex delivery of multiple workstreams within the programme. The post holder will be a key part of the team as we work to deliver an operational service that meets the needs of client and Agency users.As Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading the management of the overall Programme. You will be leading and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a complex digital and business programme, driving forward progress at pace and to agreed timescales, managing competing priorities, breaking down barriers for the team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
