Lot 1

It is Ayrshire Housing's intention to enter into a Framework Agreement for Gas Boiler Renewals. The Framework Conditions will be the latest edition of the SBCC Framework Agreement for use in Scotland. The contract conditions for all Framework Orders will be SBCC Design and Build Contract for use in Scotland, 2016 Edition.

Renewal: For a further 12 months at the end of the 36 month period.
