Notice Description
This procurement is concerned with the procurement of a suitable multi-trade contractor to carry out roofing, wall finishes and external maintenance works, both planned and reactive, and to work with and complement the Council's existing in-house maintenance workforce. It is proposed that we award the new contract to one multi-trades contractor as this will create a more efficient solution around work packages comprising of different disciplines.
