The Equality in Education Team, which is part of the Scottish Government's Workforce & Infrastructure Division wishes to commission the development of an evaluation framework for the Race Equality and Anti-Racism in Education Programme (REAREP).

Lot 1
The successful supplier will be required to develop an evaluation framework for the REAREP Programme, working closely with members of the Programme and Scottish Government Policy Officials and Analysts. The supplier will develop a comprehensive methodology that will evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the REAREP Programme. Programme members recognise the need to ensure a structured, systematic and meaningful way of setting out the aims, expected outcomes, measures and targets for the evaluation of the programme along with a plan for monitoring and analysing progress and impacts.
