The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) requires security services at Scottish Prison Service College (SPSC). This includes static guards to cover short notice and pre-planned absences. Additionally there is the requirement for an alarm monitoring and response service with annual key handling.

The SPS commenced the procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD) was published on Public Contract Scotland- Tender (PSC-T) by SPS and was available to all bidders. Tender responses were then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT. This Contract has now been awarded.. This contract has now been awarded
