Glasgow City Council are seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a creative approach for delivery of 2 winter hubs in Glasgow's city centre. Each winter hub will have a variety of offerings appealing to all walks of life covering citizens of Glasgow and visitors alike. The hubs will be based in 2 locations in the city centre 1 in St Enochs Square with the other in George's Square.
