Professional Indemnity Insurance The Tenderer shall have in place and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Professional Indemnity insurance with a minimum level of cover of 5,000,000 GBP per claim. Tenderers that fail to meet any of the minimum requirements set out above will be excluded"
