Single stage price / quality. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The project duration is anticipated to be '3 + 1 + 1', i.e. an overall duration of 5 years. Each phase shall be awarded as a single contract and award of further phases will be subject to client assessment of contractor performance. There is no entitlement to automatic award of any further phases. It is anticipated that each phase would comprise circa 10 - 20 properties.
