Partick Housing Association Ltd wishes to contract with a single Main Contractor who will undertake reactive maintenance to their various property types. The Contractor must be able to provide a fully comprehensive multi-trade service throughout the term of the Contract. The exact requirements are set out in the contract documents.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 36 month period.
