Bathroom replacements to 62nr properties split over 2nr financial years within the Stirlingshire area. Works comprising of surveys/drawings, asbestos refurbishment surveys, removals/downtakings, joiner repairs, WC suites, wash hand basins, bath with overhead showers (note shower may be kept in certain circumstances), level access showers (may or may not be required. Depends on survey), shower screens, wet wall works, hot and cold water/disposal installation alterations, electrical works, floor coverings only to level access properties, etc.
