Notice Description

840 Garscube Road was originally built by the Association in 2008. It was designed as a 5 storey care home with 5 self contained flats and 6 bedsits with shared cooking facilities. The property is now void and refurbishment works are required to make it suitable for the next tenant, who requires conversion to 5 flats and 5 bedsits with private cooking facilities. The works include, minor alterations to room layouts, the installation of 5 mini kitchens, replacement of some bathrooms and kitchens and alterations to the heating and hot water system, new floor coverings and decoration.
