Notice Description
Ochil View Housing Association intend to engage a contractor to carry out the building works to extend the existing property at 58 Westview Crescent, Tullibody. The extension will provide a bedroom & Wet Room ensuite to the side of the dwelling. Works will be carried out with the tenants in situ.

Lot 1
- Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and tender responses (single stage procurement) received and evaluated. - Obtaining and assessing references. - Interviews (if required) - Appointment of successful contractor. Final appointment will require approval from the Association's Board.
Options: The existing wetroom in the property maybe changed to a standard bathroom. This can be agreed once the contractor has been appointed.
