The properties are contained within the boundaries of the Falkirk Council area. There are approximately 171 domestic housing flats within this contract. The works covered comprise: Strip off existing roof covering and renew with lightweight metal roofing tiles including vapour membrane, battens, tiles, valleys, hips, ridges etc. Strip off existing felt roof covering and renew with single ply roofing system. Re-roughcasting existing structure with metal lathing overcoat system. Replacement of gutters and downpipes. Alterations to balconies including removal of asbestos panels and renewal of metal balustrading. Gas alterations as required. Cavity wall and loft insulation as required Site works including slabbing, fencing etc
