Award of Dare to Lead - Leadership Training
Notice Description
Delivery of 'Dare to Lead' leadership training to five Deputy Directors in the Directorate for Children & Families and one Deputy Director in Learning Directorate. Our expectation is that the training will be delivered via a short series of group development days/workshops for all the course participants with course work provided for participants to complete in-between sessions. The workshop days will be agreed at the project initiation meeting. On completion of the training participants will be provided with a training certificate which recognises the training undertaken and the coaching provided using the Dare to Lead principles.More information can be found in the Invitation to Tender in the Attachments Area.
