The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) is considering the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System for Civil Engineering Works up to 5M GBP. SPPD recognises the importance and value of Economic Operators having the opportunity to contribute to the development of the procurement strategy on a non-competitive and non-judgemental basis. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. Two request for information (RFI) surveys have been created to gather views from market participants and public bodies which will be used to inform and develop the DPS procurement strategy. To access and complete the appropriate online Questback survey, please follow the appropriate link below: Economic Operators Survey link - https://response.questback.com/scottishgovernment/eqy1ly42ne Public Bodies Survey link - https://response.questback.com/scottishgovernment/w5a6hcmqmq The surveys will be available for all interested parties to complete and send your response by 30th August @ 11.00 am..
