Lot Information

Lot 1

The works comprise the annual servicing and reactive maintenance to the fan installations within the Association's stock. The full nature of the works is contained within the ITT documents provided within this Notice.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variation of further duration up to a maximum of a further two years. Any decision to extend the contract will be made entirely at the Employer's discretion and will be subject to satisfactory performance against published key performance indicators.
