Perth & Kinross Council wished to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the supply, installation, support and maintenance of a Website Content Management system. The ITT was issued as a mini-competition under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6194 Back Office Software Framework Agreement.
Options: The ITT included for the provision of adhoc consultancy during the contract term as well as further developments.
