The Programme will provide entrepreneurial training, mentoring, upskilling and business support to entrepreneurs and microenterprises based in Perth & Kinross. The Programme will be time-bound and cohort-based, with entry being fully funded and based on need, along with potential economic impact. Bids should be structured in such a way as to clearly present the supplier's understanding of acceleration, innovation and entrepreneurship. All bids should show the relevant experience the proposed individual(s) who will deliver the Programme have in these areas. Crucially a clear plan of proposed activity should be included, including a monitoring framework
