This is a single stage procurement exercise where we seek to appoint a main contract for the delivery of the refurbishment of our existing public toilet facilities and the construction of a new facility adjectent to the existing including a series of unisex cubicles, privacy screen, mobility unit and accessible shower room. It is envistaged that the main contractor may require to appoint suitably experienced sub contractors for discrete elements of work.

Renewal: SHould additional work be idnetified during the delivery of the project, through discussion with the client , the option for extential or renewal will be consdiered.
