In 2022/23 HSHA will create a new Asset Management & Sustainability Strategy and this commission must deliver the following outcomes: A refreshed Design Guide that for both our new build and existing property that becomes the Hanover Standard (the specific requirements are set out below in 3.1 iTT) 30-year Stock Condition Survey (the specific requirements are set out below in 3.2 ITT) A Route Map or clear pathway to achieving Hanover's net zero/ sustainability targets which can flex according to available resources building on the whole house approach set out in PAS2035 (the specific requirements are set out below in 3.3 ITT)
