Research on Levers for Fair Work in 1) Scotland and 2) the Hospitality Industry
Notice Description
A two-part study to investigate the levers available to advance fair work, is required by the Fair Work Convention - an independent body with a remit to advise Scottish Ministers and advocate and promote fair work. Part 1 will be a broad consideration of levers for fair work within Scotland, while Part 2 will be a deeper dive into the levers available to use specifically in the Scottish hospitality industry.
Lot Information
Lot 1
A two-part study to investigate the levers available to advance fair work is required by the Fair Work Convention - an independent body with a remit to advise Scottish Ministers and advocate and promote fair work. Part 1 will be a broad consideration of levers for fair work within Scotland, while Part 2 will be a deeper dive into the levers available to use specifically in the Scottish hospitality industry. Part 1 aims contribute to the Fair Work Convention's overall knowledge base, and Part 2 will be an input to the Fair Work Convention's Inquiry into the hospitality industry which commenced in June 2022. The indicative budget for work to be undertaken is split accordingly - GBP 22,000 max (excluding VAT) for Part 1 and GBP 22,000 max (excl. VAT) for Part 2.
Renewal: 2 extensions of up to 1 month each can be agreed. A maximum of GBP 5,000 would be available across these extensions
