Award of Green Growth Accelerator Programme: Technical Assurance of Business Cases
Notice Description
The Green Growth Accelerator Team on behalf of Scottish Ministers has a requirement for a consultant to provide a technical analysis and assurance on four to six business cases for low carbon infrastructure projects. The consultant will provide technical analysis and assurance on each of the projects with a report submitted covering:* Assessment of viability, maturity and risk of technical solution(s) proposed;* Assessment of the supply chain maturity and after sales* Assessment of the anticipated GHG emissions reduction/sequestration from the project with a breakdown of the operational and whole-life carbon impact of the infrastructure* Any specific grant conditions that should be made in relation to the technical solution(s) proposed; and* A summary of the technical due diligence undertaken
